  1. In the 200-300 ton coarse portable crusher, the feeder is equipped with GF1245, with a feeding capacity of more than 400t/h; the total length of the double-layer grate bar reaches 1800mm,which can effectively separate fine materials and slag.
  2. Modular and universal design concept is adopted in the design of the plant. it can carry out mass production according to the general module, with stable production quality, high precision and short stock cycle.
  3. The plant can be transported without disassembly, and shipped by sea in containers; the site only needs the road surface to be flat and compacted, no concrete foundation is needed; it will be automatically folded up when the transportation is transferred to the site.
  4. The plant structure is equipped with the installation space of tarpaulin, and can be equipped with the dust cover of material receiving and discharging, which can effectively prevent dust leakage and achieve the effect of dust suppression and reduction.
  5. In order to better play the performance of portable crusher, the selection of supporting crushing and screening host is particularly important.The equipment has higher production efficiency, small installation size, compact structure and larger processing capacity.
  6. In order to ensure the rapid installation and transportation, the vehicle belt conveyor and electrical control system are adopted.
